Why aren’t males attending college?

Trend will reverse as standardized tests come back.

Don’t understand what point you’re trying to make with test optional?

Hate. Hate towards boys on full display here, folks.

That hate is generated 100% by the left / democrats. The gender-imbalanced college enrollment statistics speak for themselves.

DP. Is it not true that the most influential right-wing podcasters and influencers are highly critical of higher education, many having chose to forego it themselves? Do you deny that these influencers actually have a lot of influence?

Boys are hammered with negativity the moment they step on campus, especially cisgender white males:

When you are treated that way at most universities, isn’t it logical for boys not to go where they are clearly not welcomed and constantly criticized?

You’re joking right? You sound delusional. White cis gender males have such privilege and advantage. They aren’t hammered. Think again. Pinch yourself and walk up.

I mean, I don’t think women or people of color were treated very nicely when they were first allowed to enter colleges, but they persisted and flourished. A lot of men just aren’t used to getting their feelings hurt or having their assumptions
challenged.
this exactly. White fragility. I’m sure they don’t have professors accusing them of recycling papers they wrote themselves. My experience as a Black woman in grad school. Appalling.

I think many males are feeling lost at C.. Educated, financially secure women are recognizing that, for better or worse, or a mix of the two, it is not necessary or even preferable to be married. And, increasingly, that they may be better off, and their children may be better off, without marriage or a present father. Where I work, there are now five single mothers by choice, or using in vitro.

They are all highly educated and financially secure. And otherwise attractive to men (kind, pretty, friendly, fit, etc), but aren’t interested.

I’m the mom of a son and daughter and from my limited view the girls are a lot less interested in the boys and are more focused on their studies and female friends.
