MSNBC is pro-Israel central. It's as biased as Faux News.

Listen to what Joe has to say in the video. He has a point.
There has been *true* genocide all over the globe for years and none of these entitled brats who are "protesting" lifted an eyebrow at it.
But, if it is Israel defending itself.... goodness, we can't have that!!!!

It's not for you or a stupid media talking head to decide which genocide people choose to protest. The audacity!

Genocide is not defending yourself! You sound unintelligent.

Israelis have been protesting their government for more than a year for all sorts of reasons. If elections were held today, he'd be gone. There's also nothing wrong with being appalled by the fanatical settlers in the West Bank. Not a problem.

What is a problem is the students equating Hamas with some kind of legitimate resistance movement. You see it in this thread with people equating Hamas with Mandela and the ANC. What is a problem is students supporting terrorism with their chants of "Hamas we love you - We support your rockets too" and wishing for 10/7s every single day. What is a problem is assigning collective guilt on fellow American students simply for their faith, as if 18 year old Rachel from Milwaukee studying communications at Columbia is somehow responsible for all the turmoil in the Middle East.

Progressives at Columbia and other schools have clearly lost the plot. Their support of terrorists and their hatred of others simply for their faith is a problem. And universities are right to suspend and expel those students. Hopefully more schools will follow Vanderbilt's example and take disciplinary action against the students that cross all the lines.

The student protesters at Columbia are bright, articulate and composed. It's a joy to watch their emotional maturity and discipline around messaging, as they navigate middle aged rabid Zionist agitators and plutocrats in power. They are not the mob, they are the future intelligentsia that shapes public opinion.

The only public opinion they are shaping is to elect Trump. And I don’t say that as a Trump fan.

Being on private property and refusing to leave is not protesting, it is trespassing.

No
Students were there legally and a protest is legal
Trespassing has a different legal definition

Any bets on how much NYC will pay out in settlements for illegal or violent arrests?

Lol. $0

Depends on whether or not they arrested any Jewish students with Jewish daddy lawyers in a district run by jewish judges ... or not...

No antisemitism here!!!

The difference is that it's been going on for 80 years in Israel and financed by US taxpayers and sustained by the US military.

Israel and its supporters make it incredibly easy to support the underdog in this fight, even an underdog that shoots itself in the foot at times.

The disgusting, smug "nothing is ever gonna change, the U.S. will never impose conditions on its support, no matter what anyone else wants" attitude is just begging for wave after crushing wave of comeuppance.

If you don't hear those waves offshore already, you're not paying attention.

What's that about the brains of people under 25, or 30 is it now? Not fully developed, except what's with these old people on campus?

That region and others all over the world have been warring over land control for centuries.

Should tell you something about he current conflict then. When was the last time students protested on a massive scale and turned out to be on the wrong side of history?
