Some of those times were light usage - stretch, foam roll, etc, but most were solid workouts. But I also run 3x a week. I made it a priority to take care of my health and body a few years ago, and have maintained a significant weightloss. I eat cookies, carbs, and cake - but I genuinely love working out now (wasn't always that way!). Anyone else track their gym stats? |

I have no idea if my gym has a way I can check how often I go....
I only joined the gym in October--I'm mostly a runner and do some handweight video workouts at home. I started swimming over the summer, so that's why I joined the gym in October, pool access. I typically go about 3-4 times per week, plus the other stuff I do from home. |
| I go 4-5 times a week. DH is a 2 a day guy. Weights in the early am and a 4 mile walk at night. |

I don't belong to a gym, but go to yoga religiously. 3-4 times a week. Swimming 2-3 times a week. In my ultimate fantasy of life, I would create a tailor made adult camp that's a half day, every day consisting of a dance class, then yoga, then swimming then shower, then lunch, then work half day, then end the day playing with a dog, then dinner.

I went five times. Total. And spent just over $2400 on my membership.
I also paid $1200 this past summer for our neighborhood pool membership for our family. Our kids used it 2 days total. This year, I (again) have a resolution to go to my gym at least 3x per week. My struggle has been that I work regularly like 70 hours a week. But I know there is still time, and this year I am really going to try to take that time for myself. When I was younger (no kids, or when I only had 1 (now I have 3) and when I didnt have a C level job) I would go before work every single day. I loved it. I think i missed only Christmas 2 years in a row. If I have a repeat this year of last year, I am ditching the gym membership. Its a colossal waste of money, I know, I am ashamed of it. |

| I do a home yoga practice 5-7 days/week. I also pick one or two days to do some sort of class like circus (trapeze or Flexitortion), spin, barre, or yoga at a studio (either power yoga or parent-and-child yoga with my son), or weight training. So I only go to a gym or studio a few times a month, but I'm active every day. |
