Probably about 270+ times.
I feel fit and healthy but I have lost barely any weight |
| Most gyms have an online place where you can manage your account. It'll log your usage there. |
| 2-3x a week, pretty much without fail. I did a little weight training at home on off days and some running on the side when weather permitted it, although I didn't track that stuff (I should have--I'd guess once a week for each activity). I swam laps in our neighborhood pool over the summer but not religiously. |
| I missed 10 days this year, but a lot of those workouts were outside of the gym. (I'm a runner.) I feel best i |
| 17:48 here- sorry- I feel best if I work out daily. I keep a training log so I know my miles run, number of yoga classes taken, etc. |
| 328. But, I'm a yoga teacher…sometimes I go more than once a day to teach multiple classes. I also teach at other studios/gyms. |
| I went 5 times. |
| It was at least 120 times in the past 4 months. |
|
I probably went no more than 15 times last year.
But I am 2 for 2 this year. (gym was closed Jan. 1). |
What gym is this?? Talk about bad business. Some may have a later opening, but Jan 1st. is a busy day for most gyms! |
I know! I was disappointed, partly because I wanted to start off right and partly because my kids really could have used the run-around play time in the kid's club. It's a small independent gym, little outside DC area, so didn't affect that many people. |

I workout 5-6 days per week. I have since my early 20s when I stopped 'formal sports".
I do two long runs per week-but the other days I'm in the gym --lifting, spinning, UXF. It's like brushing my teeth--just part of my day. |
| 5-7 days per week. Am a runner- mostly outdoors but then follow up with light weights in the office gym 3-4 days a week and 1-2 days yoga also to stretch out my running kinks. Sometimes a studio sometimes a YouTube video. I feel like crap when I miss a work out and have also been an every day exerciser since I played sports in my youth. |
Just one at home who is in school. DH hits the gym at 4:00 am before work then back again at 8 or so for a walk. My time is just during the day with the SAHM group. |
I'm the pp above you and I really think that girls that played sports throughout their youth/HS have an advantage. The exercise mentality just becomes part of life. I know many naturally skinny girlfriends that only tried to make regular exercise habits after giving birth or in their 40s when they started packing on pounds. It really is much harder if it was never part of your life. I have sons, but if I had daughters I would really get them into doing active, physical stuff (I am a biggie of team sports for girls self-esteem) at a young age. |
