Steve Harvey apparently misread the 1st runner up for the winner.
Miss Columbia was crowned, waving to the cheering crowds. He came back out and announced that Miss Philippines was actually the winner. Miss Columbia was very gracious given the very awkward moment. Miss Philippines looked happy at first that she found out she won, but then looked on the verge of tears b/c some people in the crowd were booing. |
