She wants him there.

The Obamas live nearby. It’s not a neighborhood where people just happen to stroll by. No one photographs Michelle or is camping out at her house. If she wanted them to do that, they probably would.

Ivanka wants lots of photos that make her look important and like a good mom and wife.

The Daily Mail guy always seems to be there at the right time. The Secret Service has no problem with this? It is all coordinated.

We don’t see photos of Melania in Potomac or Kim G wherever she lives or Lara while they exit their homes each day.

That picture of Ivanna made me look for some older photos because I only remember her from the 80s. I found these. They've changed so much. You'd never guess that the people in the first photos are the people in the last. I wonder what Ivanka would have looked like if she had just stayed natural.

Most probably her heavy cheeks would sag even more, past her jaw. Her long nose would be even longer and her down-turned eyes would also droop.
It's called gravity.
Her face looked like a melting mess, even when she young and it would only get worse.
