And how few times she asked about Christine. |
|
There is an enduring mystery surrounding who killed Wone. We STILL don't know how Christine was murdered. Was she incapacitated? Was she asleep when this happened? Was she drugged? Restrained? |
WE don’t know, but it is known by investigators obviously. |
Do you guys think he can still take a plea deal? Or is it looking like there will be a trial ? |
He's an idiot to go to trial. And a selfish POS of a "father" for making all the details public. |
I definitely think he will go to trial. His trial is currently scheduled for 10/20/25. There are also upcoming hearings on 6/13 and 7/25, so maybe we will find out more information then. |
I hope he goes to trial so the world can see what a monster he is. RIP Christine. RIP Joe.
And peace to the child always. |
I guess the question is whether prosecution can offer him something attrattive. Death penalty not on table right? And I can’t imagine prosecutor would want to offer less than life. Even 40 years would be basically life. He might take 20 as a plea but sold the prosecutor want to offer 20 for such a premeditated murder? Maybe, I don’t know. If there’s a plea deal, I think it’s at 20. |
If he is offered a plea deal for TWENTY YEARS for a premeditated, cold blooded double murder then this country is headed in the wrong direction. He should get the death penalty. |
VA does not have the death penalty. |
Here are the charges he is up against:
18.2-31(7) (AGG MURDER: OF MULTIPLE PERSONS) 18.2-31(8) (AGG MURDER:OF MULTIPLE PERSONS IN 3 YRS) 18.2-53.1 (Fa) (USE FIREARM IN FELONY 1ST OFF) 40.1-103 (CRUELTY/INJURE CHILD; LABOR) 18.2-371.1 (F4b) (ABUSE CHILD, DISREGARD LIFE) |
"Following the abolishment of capital punishment in Virginia, aggravated murder is now punishable upon conviction by a mandatory life sentence in prison, provided the defendant is at least 18 years old when the offense occurred. Since aggravated murder is a Class 1 felony, convicted individuals over 18 years of age are also not eligible for parole, good conduct allowances or earned sentence credits, or conditional release." https://virginialawfirm.net/virginia-aggravated-murder-lawyer.html/ |
He is going to rot in prison. He is such a waste to this world. |
