NM: “ motion for admission of evidence”. Motion hearing. |
| Brendan is a psycho. Rot in hell. Couldn’t even love his own daughter. |
“ News4 has now learned that, in October, Peres Magalhaes confessed to prosecutors and detectives that Brendan Banfield constructed the entire double murder plot and that he even intentionally planned to bring his young child into the home. Detectives say the little girl waited in the basement as her mother and Ryan were killed upstairs. After the crimes, the girl was taken to police headquarters, where she gave statements to a forensic interviewer. The attorneys' motion gives us a glimpse of what she told police. The girl allegedly explained how the au pair woke her up that day, got her dressed and told her to be quiet so she wouldn’t wake up her mother. The girl said she thought they were going to the zoo, but prosecutors claim that was a lie Banfield and the au pair were telling the girl as part of the alleged murder plot. The au pair has agreed to testify against Banfield at his trial, which is set for October.” 😞 |

Nah, he’s going down. The evidence is damning. It’s really something that he thought he could pull off a crime this messy, complicated, and violent. The evidence created itself. Enjoy prison, BB. |
| The little girl will despise you one day, TB. Funny how history keeps replaying itself. |
She even calls herself a “sexy siren” in the post. The delusion is real. |
I wish somehow I could find that profile on Facebook. I have tried but Im putting something wrong in there every time I look. Help please! |

| Anyone ever hear where the Huskies dog(s) were during the attack? |
| In the body cam footage that came out, one of the officers points out that there is a dog in the living room. Not positive - but I would imagine the dog must have been in a crate. |

Eerily similar situation --
https://www.cnn.com/2025/05/24/us/cold-case-murder-husband-fled-nanny Husband plans for wife to be murdered because he is having an affair with the Costa Rican nanny. After she is killed, he takes the kids to Costa Rica to live with the nanny. 19 yrs later, the man and the nanny have broken up and she (the nanny) tells police that he planned the murder of the wife (it wasn't a robbery as he had arranged it to look like). This guy didn't have the kinky stranger come in to get set up for the murder -- but a latina nanny and a husband having an affair, with the wife in the way. |

They should study these cases in Economics class.
Even if they are truly callous and don’t value their wife’s life at all, they’re also so stupid. The EV of getting divorced is so much higher than the EV of murder. So in these nanny cases you need two people who are truly evil AND truly stupid. It’s scary to think of how many of them must be walking around. |
