It’s cruel not to have a title? Most of us have never held any titles, and we get along just fine.

Because he’s not the King yet. Letters Patent comes from the reigning monarch.

I don't understand why the Sussexes suck up to the Queen but ultimately they will need to face Charles and William when she dies. They will have power and the Sussexes have pissed them both off, how is this a good long term strategy?

Because by the time Queen dies they will have already secured everything they need themselves. You see Beatrice and Eugenie rushing out to buy homes now? Its because Andrew got money from mommy to help them.

But for H&M and its more than just money. It was partial protection in Canada, it was access to royal offices and drivers and homes once in the UK, it was diplomatic protocols activated on their behalf. All of that stops with William definitely, I don't know about Charles. But PWT has done his best to make his brother's married life hell - fortunately he only controls Kensington Palace.

Now imagine if William was in control of all of the U.K.?

I think H&M kids could have been given honorary titles right away. I do think their kids should be prince and princess when Charles becomes King. Him changing things to exclude his very own grandchildren is awful and I am not a H&M fan.

It was a mistake on Charles part not to fund their security. Charles can’t help himself from acting wrongly out of emotion. Heck Biden even allowed the extended security for the Trump spawn and they are despicable. Biden knew that it was better to take the high road, not risk a security incident and blow back and just move on.

Get your facts straight. Trump issued the order extending security for his children. Biden had nothing to do with it.

The optics are bad for Charles. Remove their titles from the mixed grand children. But rewrite the whatever letters so that the non relevant Lily white grandkids get to keep them. Then keep protesting that no, no, the family is not racist.
