Jlo's hair had highlights and Shakira's hair looked reddish brown? They both have the budget for gorgeous hair, a far cry from bleached blonde.

I wish I could dismiss this as a troll, but unfortunately, these attitudes permeate life for many of us, so it's hard to differentiate troll vs true colors.
