Bc there are fools claiming NFL football is a family friendly event.

And? Take it up with the NFL if you’re that perturbed about it nobody on here is a league executive or television producer.

"Bc there are fools claiming NFL football is a family friendly event." Yes, this!

Can not complain about the women being not family friendly dressed or their movement being not family friendly, when the reason for the show is football.

It is promoted as a family sports show, aired in prime family viewing time and rated PG ... not unreasonable at all to expect family friendly half time show ...

You should take it up with the NFL if you feel the halftime show wasn’t in line with the violence of the sport. Don’t forget to mention the scantily dressed “cheerleaders.” Also speak with the advertisers who promote alcohol.

So you are dumb enough to have your family watch athletes hitting each other and bashing their heads, but think a half time show is going to be sunshine and rainbows? Oh, how do you explain the beer commercials to your kids? Do you just give them beer bc it’s airing during a “family sports show” so that must mean it’s for families, right?

If you have to resort to juvenile name calling to make your argument, your argument ain’t strong buddy.

It ain’t rocket science. Shows in prime viewing time should not include soft porn.

The whole concept of the NFL sexualizes and denigrates women. I’m not surprised by J Lo’s underwhelming and vulgar performance. It’s exactly what the bloated patriarchal fvcks who run the NFL like.

The entire concept of cheerleaders is to make grown women dress like children and jump up and down, while animatedly cheering on grunting muscular men chasing each other down a field. Quite anime-ish and disgusting IMO. Yet millions of Americans think its okay to expose their children to that disgusting nonsense.

It’s better shit to be arguing about

DP- Lol where was the soft porn? Do you know what that is?

And where was the juvenile name calling in the post you responded to? Was it the word “dumb” that angered you? Because that’s just a fact, not name calling.

Shakira had more stompy fun but the pole dance, crotch grabbing, mooning through g strings and hypersexualized pouts and pelvic thrusts were not appropriate for a family sports show on at 8 pm. I did not find it empowering display of feminism for my daughter to watch but found it Demeaning and objectifying. I wish they had highlighted Latino culture in more positive and creative ways.

Folks have moved on. Do the same

Umm thanks for your touching concern for my psychological well being. ? I did not waste much time on this but merely responded to a question that I wish I had seen a week ago or whenever it was. It did bother me at the time but had not thought about it since. However, it does raise the question of accurate TV show ratings. Super Bowl May need to be rated PG 13 from now on ...

It was bad. Jlo was gross and so was that other woman. Next year we need someone better like Taylor swift or Carly ray jaspen

JLO does own a skirt. She had it on at the Spirit awards. Beautiful. Someday she may wear it again.

So two untalented women who can neither sing, dance or barely play an instrument. They can just stand there. Maybe a backup dancer will steal the spotlight like when Katy Perry performed. Perfect for the DCUM bland as water crowd.

How so? Do you enjoy watching paint dry?

Also, I don’t believe Jlo or Shakira are paid to have sex with men. Now it does seem to be that Taylor Swift has dated a lot of men. She surely sings about a lot of them. The other woman had one “hit” song about begging a man she just met to call her. Hmmmm....

Agree. I think women like J Lo(older women specially) do not understand that the culture has moved past them. Women are not sex objects or sexy and should not be seen as sexualize. The age of bombshell, sexy women is over. The days of pinups and women replying on their sex appeal is over. These women should be given some slack because this is all they have known.
