Myob. You are a horrible friend.

He has a right to know. She's being a cheating whore.
You'll regret it if she's brings home herpes and he's stuck with an everlasting gift...

You could stop it, bit won't.

Wow! No friend has the right to tell their friend's husband that his wife, your friend, is cheating. That's crazy, stay out of it!!

You have a right to do whatever you think is right.

Her friend does NOT have the right to expect her to keep her cheating a secret.

Yes, have gone through the therapy and mild medication route and know what triggers it and how to generally handle. But it is always lurking in the background ready to come up.

I am totally embarrassed by this because men are not supposed to be this way. But maybe it's better than drowning my sorrows in booze, like others do.

Go lift more. I suffered from depression and anxiety until I started lifting very heavy, very regularly. Stronglifts 5x5.

+1 Lift Heavy 4-5 days a week. Run sprints on the other days

10:07 here. Thank you for the thoughts. I do lift but find that walking fast helps a lot. Believe it modifies brain chemistry.

For what its worth, I'm a pretty tall, fit, reasonably attractive and successful guy as well. I struggle with hypochondria and some generalized anxiety. It hit me like a ton of bricks when I was in my early 30's and in grad school. These last few weeks have been really tough as both of my parents are starting to have health issues and I've been having a few issues myself.

You're more normal than you think.

Yep. Lift heavy, run sprints, run hills, get a good night of sleep to recover

What a sad story Christianity has become in America, when someone who actually wants to live as Jesus preached feels closeted. Yet, if you were a hard core Trump supporter, you would feel at home. I often wonder, what kind of gun would Jesus own?

Some say he would carry a S&W .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, but I'd argue he would carry a Colt Python, the most beautiful handgun ever created. If you search the internet you will find depictions of Jesus carrying either gun.

Stonglifts is a good beginners program and that's all it is. If he's athletic he's surpassed that. Also, in your mid 30s, if you're sprinting then a rest the next day.

I went through this and guess what? Been "lifting heavy" for years. And FWIW, most people's main lifts are my accessories. I've known of international level athletes that go through this. It happens and no amount of "lifting heavy" will help. Seeking therapy will.

If you're interested I know a good sports psychologist that can help.

My father left when I was in the fourth grade. My sister ran away when she was 18 and I was 12. My mother and I came home and found a note saying she took off with her then boyfriend. It is a day I will never forget as long as I live. We reconnected with her about ten years later but the episode haunted me through college as I really could have used her wisdom during those years.

Today I really cannot trust anyone because I think they will take off.

I met a guy earlier this week and f%$ked him just for the pure animalistic thrill. I am a married middle aged mom of two. He was smoking hot and I did things with him I've never done with my husband.
