Swamp gomma swamp...

They can't do anything about the 'Grand Conspiracy' in Florida and Comey better continue to lawyer up.

Pam Bondi: Stetson Law
Lindsey Halligan: U of Miami Law
Ed Martin: St. Louis University Law
Kash Patel: Pace Law

Separately I have to point out the Schiff whistleblower’s amazing education. I guess Shasta College was too challenging to finish: Chris Bish earned a high school diploma from Enterprise High School and attended Shasta College.

They are all awful, obviously, but f right off with your elitist nonsense. (And reflect on Larry summers in the Epstein files as well as Trump and all of his idiot spawn being Penn graduates.)

totally. Yale and Harvard law have not been turning out the best and brightest either. People go to different colleges for lots of reasons. Good educations is to be had at a lot of places. Larry Summers is a fraud and was credentialed by "the best,"

Lindsay should be charged with impersonating a government official and illegally be present in the grand jury.

The sour grapes from MAGA because they cannot muster competent legal representation to pursue their largely illegal and corrupt agenda is interesting.

More info here - dismissed without prejudice but hasn’t the statute of limitations run for Comey?

There's a statute that extends the SoL by 6 months that they might be able to use with Comey, but it's questionable under 4th Circuit precedent. But the power to appoint the interim US Attorney is now with the district court, not Trump. The only way he gets a lackey in to refile these cases is to get someone confirmed thru the senate.

Havent read the most current stuff yet to see if this poster has been flamed yet, but this was my number 1 priority. Holding MAGA water at this point is such loser behavior

Agreed! I've heard of all of these schools. Plenty of incompetent idiots have graduated from Ivy leagues schools based on what I see in DC and NY everyday.

In case MAGA harbors any hope that the Supremes will overturn this, here's footnote 14 from the opinion today.

"Three days after Congress enacted the 1986 law, an Office of Legal Counsel (“OLC”)
memorandum authored by then-Deputy Assistant Attorney General Samuel Alito concluded the
statute does not allow “the Attorney General [to] make another appointment pursuant to
[subsection (a)] after the expiration of the 120-day period.” Memorandum from Samuel A. Alito,
Jr., Deputy Assistant Att’y Gen., Off. of Legal Couns., to William P. Tyson, Dir., Exec. Off. for
U.S. Att’ys 3 (Nov. 13, 1986), available at https://perma.cc/SD5Q-7CPH. “The statutory plan,”
Alito reasoned, “discloses a Congressional purpose that after the expiration of the 120-day period
further interim appointments are to be made by the court rather than by the Attorney General.”

Can someone who's been disbarred still be the U.S. Attorney General? Asking for an entire country that's tired of this crap.

Truly, Harvard Law seems to have done to the most damage overall. And Yale a close second.

So what's Bondi going to do now? Send Halligan back to the Smithsonian? Name her as an AUSA? Will Trump really seek to appoint her as the USA for the Eastern District?

Assuming of course that she isn't promptly disbarred . . .
