The PERM program has been shut down by our activism.

I just reviewed the 2025 Q4 DOL Data.

There are 1426 PERM applications that have had newspaper ads run this year. Only researched this subset of 10,000 applications .

But for this subset from 2025 - Only 2 were CERTIFIED.

All others WITHDRAWN or DENIED.

I filtered to see only the PERMs that were submitted with Labor Market Tests run in 2025.

I’m sure there was much more data in the file as PERMs take over a year normally to process, but these 1420 were submitted with intent and withdrawn.

I see no reason we wouldn’t expect another 1500 in the next file and the one after.

But the time some start getting certified the withdrawals will be in the thousands

In many cases Americans are not given a chance by Indian managers because they are not Indian. Simple as that. The Indian managers are vested in the H1B hiring pipeline. Their friends and relatives in India want those visas.

Do we have a dearth of low skilled workers in the US who couldn't do the job at his resorts? No. Hundreds applied, but he still imported white Eastern Europeans for those jobs.

Why does he get a pass? Hypocrisy is a bit of big pill for me to swallow.
