There is also an article about it in rolling stone. Not that that is necessarily a reputable source. |
Who’s the crazy who reads it as their primary “news” source in the morning?
|
I don’t understand why not? Can they get a crane |
lol. No. |
+1 That would almost be worse. If they saw a rescue vessel of some sort but still couldn’t be rescued. That would be cruel. |
To do what?? |
Well maybe it would give them hope. They could believe rescue is coming and drift off to sleep. Still tragic but at least knowing someone knew you were there and was trying… |
| This is a dumb question, but if it is stuck at the bottom, how would they even get it up? |
A crane?? Are you kidding? |
From what I’ve read they can’t. There isn’t a vessel that can go to that depth and also pull it up. |
You’re seriously dumb. |
Plus even if that vessel existed. They would have to get it there. |
|
Banging sounds heard are on most new outlets now.
Praying for a miracle. |
Could it possibly be from the vessel at the surface? That’s like their only hope |
| I hope this turns out ok, but I have to say - how much money are we spending to rescue these millionaires?? Our Coast Guard and tons of other military resources are being used to find them. I feel the same way about people who voluntarily choose to hike in dangerous areas or climb Mt. Everest. They should have to sign a waiver beforehand, agreeing that they take full responsibility and will not expect a rescue mission should something go wrong. |
