This is as close as I got with Melania. She’s at a beach and the straps are wider, but it’s still too much for me for First Lady at an official event.

I loathe all things Trump, but damn, Melania looks absolutely beautiful there.

This is as close as I got with Melania. She’s at a beach and the straps are wider, but it’s still too much for me for First Lady at an official event.

Interesting. From those two pics, I think that might be one of MO's best looks and one of trump's worst. Melania doesn't often miss but this one is just too much boob.

Agree on all counts. Melania can't help but look beautiful - she's a beautiful woman; people didn't buy her nude photos because she looked bad in them. But that outfit is a miss.

MO looks fantastic. Gorgeous color, dress fits perfectly, is the right amount of sass and the right amount of conservative.

I am the PP. I didn't comment on Michelle because she always looks good. Melania does too, but that particular dress (fabric, color, cut) would look good on .000005% of the population and I think she rocks it, chest and all, for what looks to be an event at the beach.

Not a fan of Casey's choices, but I think this is fine. She's a spouse attending an outdoor vigil in 90 degree weather.

i am the pp and it is a really weird thing to wear. do you see anyone else there wearing an outfit that would be appropriate at a sinatra-themed dinner theater? no, everyone else is wearing (1) clothes for daytime, and (2) sleeves. i don't care if she wants to show off her arms and shoulders - but spaghetti straps are a little... festive... for this occasion.

We now have dog whistles for Italian American ethnic bashing. Those aren't spaghetti straps.

However, I don't think it's an attractive dress because of the length and color. Too much black. It's also not appropriate for the occasion. She could have worn a muted neutral jacket over it. A politician or politicians wife with an attractive figure really can't go wrong with dressing like Nancy Pelosi, no matter the age. She really knew how to dress without looking frumpy.

It was an "outdoor event." It was not a memorial service, it was a vigil. The Jacksonville councilwoman said, after DeSantis spoke, "Let the governor say what he's going to say, and we're going to get this party started."

Casey's dress was fine. But I'm sure she has some future clunkers in her closet - I can't wait.

OK, this definitely isn't *the weirdest* choice Casey ever made, but it's also not instantly obvious why you'd wear a skin tight smocked dress with spaghetti straps to the 9/11 memorial

Could she ever just, like, wear a pair of regular pants someplace?

I guess praise be that her husband isn't wearing a suit with his own name emblazoned on the lapel? It is a strangely fitting suit, though. At least he's not wearing his regular cowboy boots.

I don’t think it’s smocked, it’s tweed I think. And honestly it’s much more covered up and appropriate than the Florida one. I still think it’s a little bare but it’s much much better.
