Trying to understand Nicola Peltz Beckham

At this point Brooklyn is on his own. He's adult and these are the choices he's making, much like his parents made their choices. But, no, a 27 yr old man can't blame mom and dad for this meltdown.

Seems like she has a script.

We usually consider that the script of a domestic abuser.

+1. Anwar Hadid's older sister has apparently been making comments on instagram and those comments do not suggest she's a fan of Nicola Peltz. Idk people are jumping all over the Beckhams, there's a bunch of people with terrible things to say about Nicola and we all know the dad is as immoral as they come. I think the Beckhams should tell the other kids to stop commenting about Brooklyn on social media though. It's not helping anything.

If these adult "kids" listened to their parents to begin with none of this would be an issue. But Brooklyn's stance is that the parents are trying to control him. Why do we think they can control the younger adult sons more than the older?

Some of his tattoos

Do you remember in middle school how we used to doodle all over our note books about some crush we had. That is what his body looks like.

It's almost like she's daring him or testing him by asking him to get more and more ridiculous tattoos at her request to prove his love. It's very school age.

Nelson Peltz calls his daughter a world famous actress but she hasn't been in anything major in over a decade from what I can tell. She directed and starred in a 2024 movie Lola and it was a flop. Maybe she is trying to drum up some name recognition so she can get more projects? I suppose infamy can be as lucrative as fame these days.

Anyone else think it's bold for Brooklyn to make those comments about his exes and his mom when Nicola dated Anwar when he was a minor (she was 22, he was supposedly 17). Does Brooklyn really want to go there?

These people are morons. He needs to listen to mommy and daddy. I'm not kidding.

I think it’s bold for someone blaming his parents for trying to ruin his relationship to want his parents to ruin his brother’s relationship. Rules for thee but not for me.

Can I just say I am beyond sick of seeing Victoria in those stupid slip dresses? They are, in fact, not appropriate for every single black tie occasion.

Even a broken clock is right twice a day. For all of Brooklyn's shortcomings, what he wrote is mostly the truth, even if Nicola coached him. Make fun of him, but he got to be the way he is by having a bad upbringing of unlimited wealth and no respinsibilities. Same with prince Harry. Oligarchs of the world take note.

You think the oligarchs get parenting advice here?

It is a bit odd that the Beckhams have three adult sons in their 20s and none of them pursued any form of higher education.

With all of their wealth, you would think that at least one of their sons might have pursued an advanced degree...(even in music or film or whatever rich, not particularly academic kids do)

There was an interview with Victoria - probably 15-20 years ago now where she said that she and her sons have dyslexia. She has talked about how much she hated school, how she was bullied, how much she struggled academically. But she also at the time talked about putting her kids into the best private schools so that they would get the help that she didn't get so that they wouldn't be so impacted by their learning disabilities. She actually said something along the lines of how her kids will all definitely work!

I just dont think the family or really anyone they are around values education much. There are plenty of celebrities that do, at least enough to want to send their kids to college, but that doesn't seem yo be the Beckhams. Looks likr Nikola didnt go either, though some of her siblings did.

Some celebrity parents actually value education, others want kids to get degrees for social status and then there are rest who don't see any value in it for trust fund kids. They do want kids to gain fame from influencing, acting, singing, dancing, modeling, branding etc.

It’s also the easiest way to make their own money. Why go to school to become an accountant or lawyer to grind for 50+ hours a week for low 6 figures when they can earn far more doing a lot less? They can get stupid rich influencing or singing.
