I agree with her that Maxwell should not be pardoned, but I disagree with her on the reason why. There will be zero political price paid by anyone if Trump pardons Maxwell. Trump can’t be elected president again, so there’s no concern over his losing votes. If he’s planning on staying president by force, pardoning Maxwell doesn’t stop that. If Trump is the one who pardons her, other Republicans won’t be held responsible; they can just say they didn’t agree with his decision. Don’t kid yourself about MAGA not liking pedos. They sure have elected a lot of them.

If Trump can delay the release of the files until the next election, he will parson Maxwell on his way out of office and she will be quickly whisked off to Israel. I pretty much think this is the plan.

Trump could die unexpectedly of a massive cardiac arrest or a pulmonary embolism or both long before 2028. I don't believe that Vance we would pardon her because he would want to have a full term as president. We can only hope Trump would die before his first two years in office so that Vance would then only be eligible to run for one term.
