There will be zero political price paid by anyone if Trump pardons Maxwell. Trump can’t be elected president again, so there’s no concern over his losing votes. If he’s planning on staying president by force, pardoning Maxwell doesn’t stop that. If Trump is the one who pardons her, other Republicans won’t be held responsible; they can just say they didn’t agree with his decision. Don’t kid yourself about MAGA not liking pedos.
