A lot of strippers travel for work, both because the demand can be seasonal and because it attracts a somewhat flighty kind of woman. I'd guess there are a lot that come to town to dance periodically, but aren't locals. I wouldn't expect that to be in the winter in Alaska, but I also don't know what the commercial fishing season there is like at all. If this is a normal time for boats to be leaving, I'm sure there are traveling dancers there like the one in South Dakota that only opens during pheasant season. |
Yeah, I read an article a few years ago about the women who come to town during high season in Alaska. Sex work is a booming biz. I'll try and find it. |
| Hey, OP, you ever gonna elaborate on whether your DH and his boss went to the girl strip club or the femboy one? |
She already did awhile ago. The girl one. |
Itās not like that at all. |
| I'd let it go. |
| All those Alaskan strippers have crabs from what I hear. |
+1 Iād ask to come with, next time. |
|
| Iād feel betrayed. He should have had the spine to say no, Iāll meet you somewhere else. But he didnāt. Consider yourself warned. |
| Eh, my expectation would be my H checks in with me before doing that to make sure itās ok. My current BF sometimes goes to Hooters with the guys from work, and he always calls me to make sure itās ok first. Then you can discuss boundaries, say no, decide what is/isnāt ok, etc. |
Hooters, theyāre still around? But good job, keep that leash tight on the BF. Iām sure that will work out. |
Girl no. |
|
It wouldn't bother me but I know (and trust) my husband.
I think your comment about signing up for pole dancing classes is super immature. |

Just know that youāll find him with a naked stripper whenever they dock š¤·āāļø
āThats what shore leave is forā is kind of the mentality. And if his boss is already there, welp, good luck. |
