Where is Congress?

McConnell is especially culpable. After his first term and Jan 6, they should have had the balls and decency to make sure this POS never held public office again and they let it pass. Now he is off the rails and they won't step up and intervene, push back, or stand up for this country. They are the ones with the power in the short term to stop this madness and they refuse. F all of them.

They’re afraid of Trump’s supporters coming after them. They were afraid after Jan. 6 too.

The only way they'll find the motivation and courage to do what's right is if they become equally afraid of the left.

They need to put their big kid pants on and act. This is what they get all the perks and bennies for: representing the people.

For all the talk of the "violent radical left" Congress seems to only actually be afraid of the right. Strange.

I was rather disturbed how many lawmakers might have been involved in the J6.. (hello, jim jordan).. the corruption is very deep.. we need to elect more people based on their integrity..

Where is Congress?
Why are they all hiding in the face of the unmitigated disaster of the Trump administration?

The consultant class has told democrats not to focus on ICE murdering people in the street. No defunding or raining ICE in because twitter bots will get upset. Focus on affordable with 200 page white papers on egg production!

No. They don't have to fear the left. They have to obey the Constitution and do their dang job.

It is clear there is no constitution any more.

I have already called my senators today but they are both Democrats. Everyone who has a Republican senator should make multiple calls a day.

Wish McConnell and McCarthy had done their jobs after Jan 6--the consequences have been devastating to our country. History will not be kind to either of them. The Republican party has once again shown that they are the party of corruption.
