You say that, but you don't realize it. You are in denial as to what happens. Why?
And yes you should wash your hands after using the restroom, but long nails cannot be cleaned as easily or completely, so there's that. Nurses and care takers are forbidden from having long nails for that reason.

I don't get the point. I think my nails look better if they are just well tended (which I can do at home), with a good clear coat so they have a little shine. Occasionally I paint them a color for fun, but usually I only want it for a few days anyway. And I like that with regular polish, I can just remove it in a few minutes when it starts to chip. I don't want a manicure that will stick around for a long time and then be hard to remove.
