Yeah I think so too. FWB who are using it for PR |
I'm fascinated because I would think he'd have better taste than to date a famewhore Kardashian. |
| My theory is that he needed money during the actors strike so he negotiated a contract to get paid to "date" Kylie. |
+1. I think he spends more than he earns. He was reportedly only paid $2 mill for A Complete Unknown. So he either needs to do something like this, or shill products like Tom Holland. He had a contract with Chanel, but he's probably already blown through that money. |
Her current income stream seems to be coming from selling products, so she needs to stay in the public eye, but she seems to not want to do that? Or at least do it in a way that is compelling on her own. Basically the only times I hear about her are in connection to her relationship. I think he "dates" her because he wants to freedom to date around without it being seen. The relationship with Kylie is good cover for that, and he's willing to take the occasional PR hit to maintain this freedom. |
I imagine her momager has future plans for her that entail her being more of a businesswoman and less of a surgically enhanced reality star. You would think heading up a successful beauty brand would be enough for someone her age, but as we all know, this family is greedy as hell and wants their hands in every possible industry that they can profit from. |
What successful beauty brand does she head? I've never heard of anyone using a Kylie product recently. |
Strategic moves because it's not good business to rely solely on physical appearance preferences and reality TV in a fickle world. |
Exactly, a white potato. Him, Travis Kelce, that guy from Guardians of the Galaxy married to the Schwarzenegger daughter… most actors are interchangeable and Chalamet stands out. |

| I'm re-watching Homeland with my teen sons and could not believe he was Dana's boyfriend. He was so young then! My kids got a kick out of it--seeing him back then. |
Do you feel the same way about society’s idolization of sports figures? Actors and politicians? How about venture capitalists cosplaying as engineers? Are “shallow” women more or less bad for society than the heads of mega corporations who kill small business and community? I’m not into anything the Kardashians are peddling, but a lot of women and girls are. If women are going to be objectified anyway (and we all know that they are) then I say good for them for figuring out how to maintain control and make some money. |
I'm sure he does but I don't think it's an 'open' relationship for her. |
It looks like a fake relationship to me, and like she’s the only one trying to fulfill the contract. He looks mad that he’s stuck in it. |
I’m not PP, but I can name hundreds of men I think aren’t terrible looking. TC is disgusting. Then again, so is Kylie. |
