Comfy yet dressy flats for cocktail dress?

Anonymous
Talbots has the green satin Sutton flats with the sparkly embellishment back in stock so I ordered them. Praying they are comfortable because they are so cute.

NP. are these ugly or cute? they kind of fit my style (more modern/less embellished). https://us.sargassoandgrey.com/collections/wide-width-low-heels/products/olivia-wide-width-pumps-black-suede?_pos=8&_fid=7f1be6cf0&_ss=c

Very casual vibe with the vamp border shape but then formal with the heel. I can’t tell how that would look on a foot but I’d pass personally.

I don’t love them, tbh. I just don’t think the scallop and the big block heel go together.

Good luck! If all else fails, wear sneakers. Everyone wants you be there, happy, and not falling. They don’t love you for your shoes.

I have a pair of beaded Birdies that I wear with formal dresses. You’ve gotten some good suggestions on this thread. Ignore the people who say you can’t wear flats.

Np. Of course not, but the wrong shoes can throw off the look OP is going for, make the overall look less flattering, etc.
