Here's something I just stumbled across that could be cute. It's on sale and they have it in black patent leather, too.

Buy a pair of clip on rhinestone bows or some other dressy clip on.
Put the clips on your most comfy flat shoes and VOILA! you now have dressy flats. |
I like that second pair. |
| Roger vivier has some really pretty flats that you could wear w/ a cocktail dress but they are pricey |
| I think fabric is easier to look dressy than leather for flats. |
| Another vote for Rodger Vivier. They are the only flats I wear asides from Ferragamos. |

Those all look like a 3rd graders church shoes. |
You look like a 3rd grader’s church shoes. |

People have provided so many great options! I thoroughly enjoyed clicking on every link, even though I don’t need them.

OP idk if these would be too pointy or not supportive enough for you but I find that a "d'orsay" flat that dips between the toe and the heel works for me with shorter dresses. And then I can also use them for my preschool job, which is a bonus.

| No suggestions, but I will say don't eliminate the pointy ones so quickly. A lot of the current pointy shoes are actually square right up to after the toe, and then the point is extended only after that. I can't wear anything but sneakers most of the time, but I've found that I can wear - for a single evening - many of the pointy flats that are out there now, as they no longer squish the toes. |
