at 110, I don't see how you can be HUGE even at 5 feet tall. Go see your doctor, get a recommendation for better nutrition, and have a more healthy relationship with your body. |

I'm not " huge" for an average person but I went from a slim 00petite to a 0 or 2 petite. My waist was 25 inches now it's 27-28!! |
Good advice. How long did it take for you to gain this weight? Plan for the same amount of time or more to lose it. |

Hi,
How often are you weighing yourself? The reason I ask is that you probably range 2-4 pounds a day just by water intake and other fluids. A bottle of Coca-Cola can be 1 pound just like that. Going to the bathroom can relieve you of a pound too. Try weighing yourself everyday, morning and night, for two weeks and see if you can spot some trends. Put it on a graph and you'll start to see a moving average and get a better idea of what your current weight is, and you'll start to worry less about one-off rises or falls in weight. Once you have a handle on your current weight, you can come up with some plan to reduce your intake a bit or improve your exercise (or both). |

Don't worry about the number, worry about composition. Pick up a barbell and some weight. Squat, deadlift, bench and overhead press. All are basic movements. Do those with some minor accessory training and watch your food composition and timing. Find a strength program and run a cycle for 6-8 weeks and stick to it. Drop jogging, it does nothing unless you're distance training. Do HIIT training. |
