LOL let's pretend the US wasn't salivating at the prospect of regime change in Syria or funding opponents of Bashar Assad who claimed to be Free Syria Army and then oops they were Al-Nusra front. Let's not pretend the US wouldn't like to dismember Syria to get control over the best bits.

Virtually every independent assessment of civilian casualties in Syria found that close to 90% of the civilian deaths were at the hands of Assad and Russia. ISIS made up the majority of the remaining 10%.

STFU with your "let's not pretend the US..." crap.

Poland has hosted the largest number of Ukrainian refugees of all countries. The U.N. records around 6 million refugees residing abroad as a result of Russian aggression.

In a show of solidarity with besieged Ukraine, Warsaw decided to assist Ukrainian refugees by waiving residency requirements and providing free access to education, healthcare, and family benefits.

Now, the Polish government signals this aid may not be prolonged for 2024, at the very least not at the same scale.

"These regulations will simply expire next year," Müller said on television.

"I think the regulations will not be extended to a large extent," he noted, adding that the international community should become more involved in the support.

The best and fastest way for Poland to be able to send Ukraine's refugees back would be to continue to do as much as it can to help Ukraine clear and secure its lands from violent illegal Russian occupation. Dropping support for Ukraine and letting Russia win would only lead to more Ukrainian refugees. Any thinking person should be able to understand this.

LOL no Ukrainians would much rather stay in Europe than return even to peaceful Ukraine. Moron.

Unnecessary but I agree that many will choose to stay for their children. I assume a program is established for refugees to work, pay taxes and positively contribute to society as temporary citizens.

The main reason they would "stay for their children" is for peace and security. The best way to achieve peace and security is through defeating Russia. Any thinking person should be able to understand this.

The person shrieking "moron" is clearly not a thinking person.

You are clearly unfamiliar with root causes of immigration but that's all right. It's about better quality sausage as often as it is about not getting bombed.

You are clearly unfamiliar with the fact that millions of Ukrainians weren't fleeing the country prior to February 23, 2022. It's not the kielbasa, it is in fact the bombs. You are clearly still not a thinking person.

Yes but millions of Ukrainians couldn't. The only way to have a meaningful comparison is to invent a time machine, go back to 2021 and give all Ukrainians indefinite leave to remain in the EU with work authorization and some benefits. That wasn't available in 2021.

Before Brexit, you couldn't find British busboys or nannies or cleaners in the UK (well you could, but not common). They were all Lithuanian or Polish or similar. No bombs falling, mind you. This tells you how migration flows work.

Yes, yes, they all went to Poland for kielbasa. As absolutely and surely as you are not a clown. 🤡

Do you deny that the US wanted a regime change in Syria? Who funded Syrian opposition?

Why does the U.S. still have troops in Syria?

There seems to be a multi-front PR collapse of the Ukraine. Everyone seems to be getting tired of them and their demands and entitled behavior: https://www.rt.com/news/583262-poland-cut-support-ukraine-grain/

Poland being the latest to signal their displeasure over the grain kerfuffle.

Seems the US is peeved enough to withhold ATACMS as well.

It's sadly so predictable that a broken Russian mindset would think Ukraine is invading Poland for Kielbasa given Russians are invading Ukraine to steal washing machines 😂😂😂

LOL you've clearly never tried to have your toilet fixed, your kids looked after or your nails done in London. Chances are, there will be an Eastern European service provider at the other end.

America needs to step up and accept ALL of these Ukrainian war refugees.

Only if they will resettle in Mississippi and Alabama

😂

Ukrainian refugees in London and Germany complained when they were resettled near black or brown people

I heard years ago that ukranian people in general have an ungrateful streak but never realized it was so blatant

Your slander of Ukrainians is uncalled for. Ukrainians are people who long to be Free but are victims of a despotic power hungry nuclear lunatic invading their country. They are fighting for the freedom of the entire World against tyranny. And you sit here in comfort taking cheap shots at them based on Russian propaganda. Shame!

This is the talking point they've been trying to sell but no. They are fighting only for their own freedom. The entire world isn't affected by it.

Don't make me roll my eyes too much. Ukraine is righteous here, but they aren't the first righteous country, or the last, to be overrun in history.
