Police said they found blood spatter and signs of a “serious physical assault” in the garage of her home on Welles Lane. During Fotis Dulos’ arraignment last week, State’s Attorney Richard Colangelo said the husband’s DNA was found mixed with Jennifer Dulos’ blood on a faucet in her kitchen

Evidence of what? He washed his hands at some point in the past?

This was the house she moved into two years ago after fleeing overnight from their marital home. She also had a restraining order against him. All of which says he would have never stepped foot in her house, let alone lounged in her kitchen. So what was his DNA doing there?

So he violated the restraining order at some point in the past. You believe he did it once, why not twice? Again, this is not going to break the reasonable doubt threshold.

I never said I believed he violated the RO?

I think he killed her in the garage, disposed of the body and wiped up the visible blood then washed his hands in her kitchen sink - leaving his DNA behind.

Did a PP say that loud noises were heard coming from one of the psycho's construction sites on the night she disappeared? I wonder what kind of noises? That's got to be connected to her body not being found.

How is that man released on bond? What more evidence do they want? Boggles the mind.

PP is pointing out that killing her personally necessarily required violating the RO.

His attorney (Pattis) related that Fotis Dulos is "grief-struck over the disappearance of his children’s mother.”

I don’t know the disposal method but agree it’s very possible she won’t be found. Hopefully the blood, DNA and videos is enough.

Interesting if true...I read that Liz Claiborne's husband, Arthur Ortenberg, was the brother of Jennifer's mother, Gloria (Ortenberg) Farber.
