Did any of the young players stand out on either team? Both teams are really young and will both be in the hunt for years to come

Yes BF sophomores and Madison had a few freshman as well. BF draw unit will be hard to beat, Madison even tried to face guard on the circle (did not work but had to try something different). BF won all draws in the 1st half.

My take on next games:

Not sure BF can revive that quickly to stay up with one if the better private schools in the area, even though they are not as good as they have been in the past

Madison will destroy Robinson because they will come out angry

BF should beat PVI. Madison handled them in a scrimmage. If you mean 8th or 9th best private team across the ISL and WCAC this season, when you said “one of the better private schools in the area”, then I agree. If you meant something stronger, maybe think again.

Good Counsel, SSSAS, Stone Ridge are much much better, and Visi, SJC, Potomac, and probably Holy Child are as well.
