It's not. It's not even in the same universe as taking even one innocent life. Inconvenience or feeling comfortable for even unsafe isn't the same as the taking of someone's life.

Wanna know who's inconvenienced and doesn't feel safe? Palestinians. People whose land, existence and future was stolen from them over the course of the last 100 years.

Anti-semitism isn't a "special" evil that is any worse than any other form of bigotry. If you disagree, your views are irrelevant to the prospect of moving this discussion forward.

Some of us don't care if Palestinians have their own country or not. The pretense of your post is that their having a country is something that we all MUST agree with, and that is not true. Israel doesn't HAVE to exist. No country has to exist. But I am not going to seek the downfall of a country or support those who seek a downfall of a democratic country. You can protest and cause inconvenience and scream scream scream all you want, you will not change the minds of people who feel the way I do.

You only feel that way 'cause you already got "yours". You understand that, right? You wouldn't have felt so indifferent to national aspirations 80 years ago, right?

Couple points:
I think you assume I am Jewish--I am not. My ancestors arrived to the U.S. in a hull of a ship in the 1700s to South Carolina to work in rice fields.

But anyways, your whole argument is that some people have what you want and that is not right. That is not how things work, you are coming from a place of jealousy. Lands are won by treaties, agreements, wars, etc, all sorts of things, someone is always the winner and someone will lose. It is not my concern that Arabs have not been able to win their wars against Israel over the last 80 years. I will not fight your war for you, no matter how sad and angry you are. I don't care. I will say it twice. I don't care.

You realize that the US is spending billions and billions of dollars to kill Palestinians, right? Your tax dollars hard at work.

War could stop TODAY if Hamas surrenders. No more war deaths.

Israel has said they will not accept surrender of Hamas only death. So yeah Israel says no as an excuse to continue their genocide.

What needs to happen is Israel offers full citizenship, right of return and compensation to all Palestinians with the UN providing all civil services and military occupation. Israel would have to work with the Palestinians on a constitution with right for all and no state religion. This would include the shutdown of all religious schools. All religious site will be controlled and administered by the UN for al least the next 100 years.

The genocide will continue until morale improves. This “war will end” talking point is so embarrassingly ignorant, it’s not even funny at this point.

It is a true talking point. Yes, it will not result in Palestine getting its own state where Israel is now, doesn't mean this talking point is ignorant. You want the fighting to stop AND for Palestine to have its terms satisfied. Both things will not happen at the same time. This is what the protestors want hence their frustration.

Just curious, in your view, since Jews presumably did not come from outer space, which piece of land DID they come from?

Well, it's certainly not the land they are stealing from Palestinians.

So what's going to stop the Jewish terrorists from killing innocent civilians in the West Bank? What's going to stop the Jewish terrorists from stealing Palestinian land in the West Bank?

Sure. My wife got locked up for protesting against 187 in CA.

But this is the first time I can recall students protesting to support the annihilation of a nation.

Which one?

Most of the protesters support the elimination/abolishment/dismantling/annihilation of Israel.

And?
Israel is deep in the annihilation of Palestinians.

No
Students were there legally and a protest is legal
Trespassing has a different legal definition

Any bets on how much NYC will pay out in settlements for illegal or violent arrests?

Ok if you feel this way let the war go on and winner takes all. What you are not going to do is force people to think that whatever Palestinians want Palestinians must get. Why do I have to care about what Palestinians want. I don't.
