I mean, there is really no doubt that the IRS leakers knew that a plea deal was in the works and set out to kill it. I don’t see how that in even debatable.

Bullshit. Their beef is that the prosecutors narrowed the case to the easily proven charges. They are leaking internal conversations with the prosecutors about charging jurisdiction and decisions. In other words, they saw the plea deal coming and leaked to kill it. Think about it, before prosecutors narrowed the focus of the case, why would an investigator leak and politicize the case?

And they are leaking "20 years ago, he paid his taxes late" which isn't even relevant or prosecutable under any whistleblower provisions. It's straight-up attack.

And why can't anyone answer why these supposed top IRS investigators never had a single thing to say about the far worse, and absolute trainwreck of Trump's taxes, which should have been on their radar long before Hunter Biden?
