Hunter - the right got what they wanted

Can't wait for Joe to talk about "paying your fair share" and screaming about people skirting the laws to acquire firearms.

On a side note...... It would be interesting to hear the moderator's justification for blocking the full name of the "never-can-be-named" son of the current president. Especially since he has accompanied the president on overseas trips and appeared on the campaign trail with his father.

This isn't a BIDEN Justice Department deal. The Counsel involved was appointed by Trump and was left untouched by the new DOJ leadership.

Hunter may have traded on political clout. And the accusations of bribery suggest a conspiracy between Joe and Hunter, so it's not possible to look at the allegations without a public corruption lens.

This is true if you are associated with the "right" people.
If you are associated with Trump, this is not true at all. Two systems of justice.

If a Trump-appointed special counsel was tampered with, there would have been resignations from within the unit and a public airing. Since we haven't seen that, particularly given the scrutiny of the case, yes I believe it. Do you have proof otherwise?

Weisselbergs crimes were FAR more significant. The fact is, people like him never get charged unless attention is brought to bare. White collar crimes are seldom pursed as compared to street theft and drug crimes committed by people of color.

Kushner. Saudis. 2 Bil. Concerned at all?

I am concerned a lot. But why DOJ did not bring any charges and did not investigate?

Who says they are not?

Tell that to Al Capone and John Gotti

Capone had pled guilty to 5,000 violations of the Volstead act in addition to the tax evasion charges. Gotti was charged with multiple counts of racketeering, extortion, jury tampering, and other crimes.

Because Durham's investigation was bubkis and people resigned because they had ethics.

Would be the same here, if Biden/Garland had interefered. Clearly they didn't.

Correct on both counts. And if lying on a gun applications was actually prosecuted vigorously it would easily mean millions of Americans, a large percentage of them the loudmouth 2A MAGAs, becoming felons and losing the right to possess guns. Careful what you wish for.

He was nominated by Trump, a Republican, to serve as the USA for Delaware and he clerked for a Republican Delaware Supreme Court Justice. There’s no indication here that Obama appointed him to anything. https://trumpwhitehouse.archives.gov/presiden...marshal-nominations/

Let's do it. I'm fine sacrificing HB for it.
