His own testimony under oath at the 341 meeting when he was trying to convert his bankruptcy from 7 to 13. In order for him to do that he had to claim steady income and so he told everyone that he was working for GoPro as a consultant.

I dont think amr's family knows just how badly they got thrown under the bus during the 2nd day of the 341 meetings. He could have kept pleading the 5th to protect their reputations but amr is just so bad when he blabbers on....

Go Pro is owned by his brother, right? You can see on the Maryland case search there have been a few cases against him, the most recent this year being United States IRS vs Go Pro Construction. The company used to be Go Green Construction.

There is a DC case 1:22-cv-01643-RCL GO PRO CONSTRUCTION, LLC v. VALSTS NEKUSTAMIE IPASUMI that shows just how intertwined Go Pro and Optimum Construction are or were.

Lol just case search their last name and it's hilarious what you find out about the whole family. I had no idea about any of the connections until the 2nd day of the bankruptcy hearings. If i was a new or current customer I would be extremely nervous of whether or not i would end up the same as the optimum construction victims....

To whomever keeps reporting posts from this thread, please stop. You keep reporting posts that are not defamatory. A poster telling people what is found by searching court cases or was testified to in court is not defamation.

I'm sorry that you feel you are unfairly being dragged into this mess. But I feel even more sorry for those who lost thousands of dollars. Instead of continuing to bother me with reports, maybe work a little harder to arrange restitution for the real victims who have suffered more than a unwanted forum post.

I cannot thank you enough for standing up for us. There are some who had to spend their remaining time fighting Omar in court instead of spending that time with their loved ones. There are some who have lost their homes because of the damages inflicted. There are some who have lost hundreds of thousands. Some of us are vets. Some of us have small children. And some of us are retirees. Omar amr elrahimy is a monster with no sense of empathy for what he has done. To this day he has never apologized or shown remorse. The only thing he has done was attempts to take legal action against the victims. Prior to the bankruptcy we had no idea just how closely connected his family was to Optimum and every day it feels like a fresh nightmare. So thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for letting us tell our experiences and I pray no one ever has to go through this.

What court cases are his wife involved in?
How closely involved in Optimum was his family?…are they being criminally investigated as well…wife, brother, mother, father?

Omar has admitted that he reads this thread…stands to reason he’d whine about the truth being shared hear…not like he can complain of defamation of character…he achieved that all by himself.

Him whining about being the victim seems pretty on brand. It's like him pissing away all our money on GRIP supercar events and lavish trips to Dubai instead of doing the jobs he was paid to do makes him the real victim guys!
