What he said in a nutshell:

Since the Repubic’s conception, there is no historical legal precedent or any way to manipulate what the constitution states that gives the Vice President authority to declare or overturn the final election counts/result. Luttig went on to say if Pence had overturned the election it would be the first time in history since the 1700s that the Repubic would plummet into a revolution.

It would have set a precedent for “constitutional mischief” and the freaks would take down every election in the future based on uncertified electoral votes. The Patriot doucheboys declared themselves certified electoral votes in AZ or whatever state the joint congressional session was occurring. I mean think about this completely unhinged mentality that Trump created.

Was it Eastman who said he didn’t want Al Gore to do it and wouldn’t want Kamala Harris to be able to do it, but he thought Pence should do it today anyway? Wow. Seldom is IOKIYAR seen in such a formal setting.
