- Strawberry protein shake, coffee & creamer - I can drink my breakfast on the go
- large salad with sea salt & pepper instead of dressing
- zucchini noodles with choice of protein (chicken, fish, tofu)
- roasted kale chips
- oatmeal with protein (health food store, or order online) and fruit

Meat of choice (I usually use browned extra lean ground turkey or low fat deli meat) wrapped in lettuce leaves with a small amount of your sauce of choice (Dijon, srirachia, etc.)

2 devilled eggs made without mayo and lots of celery and green onion- small salad dressed with ACV

Hollowed out cucumber with tuna mixed with salsa

Cucumber slices topped with smoked salmon (if you like something more decadent, top with a small dollop of Greek yogurt mixed with chopped dill)

Drain Greek yogurt for 24 hours. Mix with spices, spread on veggies

PP mentioned zucchini noodles, but I also love them with a dash of rice vinegar, some hot pepper flakes, crushed almonds and a tiny dash of toasted sesame oil (or sesame seeds)

Smoked salmon wrapped with lettuce and peppers in nori sheets

Sliced chicken breast, a few black olives, cucumber pieces, and half a ragweed pepper

Instead of hummus, make baba ganouj or jaunt roasted, puréed eggplant with your r favourite spices - eat with your favourite veggies

I'm trying to lose weight, not maintain it. At roughly 1450 calories a day, I was stuck. At 2,000, I would be gaining.

You don't know what you're talking about. I'm 44. To lose weight, I have to consume less than 1,200 calories. A little more, I maintain and around 1,500, I start gaining.
