Not so much in this one pic, but from event to event, her face seems to totally morph, with new filler that seems to settle in weird places. It really does look like her face is melting sometimes.

She has also had a fairly high number of surgeries - seriously, I think she’s well into Kardashian territory - and so there’s a lot less structure left. Noel Casler, who was her and her father’s handler on the Apprentice and I think a pageant or two, has said her nose is wrecked from rhinoplasties such that she can’t breathe properly anymore (like Michael Jackson).

That top picture in the black dress doesn't look like her at all, but I think it's because she has a big smile. I can't think when I've ever seen her smile big enough to show teeth. Unlike Ivanka, who always looks like she has a speculum inside her mouth keeping it propped weirdly wide open with all teeth showing.
