Is he defending against a charge we don't know about yet?

He is stating a fact. And, pretty bold considering all it would take is one woman to come out and dispute his claim.

It's a fact that does nothing to dispute the current allegations against him.

Not true given what Avenatti is alleging.

The CreepyPornLawyer is full of crap. I hope these allegations take him down. There is nothing he can bring forward that I will believe because he is a CreepyPornLawyer and a media ho.

Whatever you say about him, he's a good lawyer.

Who has 65 vaguely moderate Republican seeming women on speed dial....it’s like the Justice League.

Response by Jane Mayer: And so it was - a classmate who heard about it at the time told me he has thought of it every time he's heard Kavanaugh's name - for the last 35 years!

A single classmate who heard about it (from who???) does not equal "talk of the campus."

Don’t forget the long email chain. Kavanaugh’s shenanigans were no secret.

Have you seen this “long email chain?” Do you know what is in it? Those who participated in it are probably the same liberals who had a “sit in” today on campus since their snowflake professors canceled classes. Hardly credible.

Stop trying to make “creepy porn lawyer” happen. It’s not happening. What’s going to happen is he is going to unload on Kavanaugh soon.

And, we can’t wait. Because we know he is so full of $hit. I have no doubt that his allegations will be thin and his accuser will be discredited in no time.

Except, uh, Stormy hasn't been discredited. Her story has been confirmed by Cohen, who implicated Trump in his crime.

Say whatever you want about Avenatti, he has not lied, and he has done a good job for his clients. He's too good a lawyer to come forward with unsubstantiated claims.

Kavanaugh likes to cite the 65 high schoolers supporting him. Well already 900 Yale alumnae have signed a letter supporting his accuser. The Virgin Kegger is losing the numbers game.

It was. I have no doubt he is totally innocent. And, I am angry that the liberals are pulling these stupid, abominable stunts.
I am angry they have put this man and his family through this hell based on NOTHING BUT ALLEGATIONS. NO CORROBORATION AND NO EVIDENCE.

Really? Then how come nothing like this came out about Gorsuch? You'd think liberals would be far more irate about Gorsuch given he got a seat that should have gone to Merrick Garland if Republicans had a shred of decency.

This isn't hard to understand. Because Gorsuch was replacing Scalia. Kavanaugh, however, is replacing Kennedy.

Apparently it is. This must be the 10th time Kavanaugh opponents have pointed to Gorsuch as if that means something now.

Kinda of curious why there wasn't a protesting circus for Gorsuch like there was for Kavanaugh even before these allegations.

Because Gorsuch replaced Scalia and Kavanaugh is replacing Kennedy.

Gorsuch had a ton more negative feelings. I mean think about it - his was the stolen Supreme Court seat. This was a seat that should have gone to an Obama nominee

This guy defends himself against sexual assault allegations just as well as you would expect from a guy named Brett. Regardless of the accusations — which I happen to believe...because BRETT — his stupidity when trying to defend himself should make him unfit as a GOP nominee. No wonder Mitch didn’t want him.

It is not his call.

According to Chad Pergram of Fox News Kavanaugh does NOT have the votes right now.

Now he is guilty because of his name. Great reasoning, idiot.

So, this is your explanation? Ever think they won’t corroborate it because THEY WEREN’T THERE. IT DIDN’T HAPPEN?

They didn't say they weren't there. They said they didn't remember.

So now he's unsuitable for the high court because you don't like his NAME? Seriously?

Why not do trial by ordeal? Throw him in the Potomac and see if he floats. Would be the same amount of due process that Democrats want to give him.

Can republicans really not find someone better than this chump? He is damaged goods. Pick a better nominee and move forward.
