Interesting tweet by Trump about a full pardon for Jack Johnson - which would be well deserved, IMO - but it comes just after tweets about Cohen.
One could argue that he is hinting that is what would happen if Cohen were convicted - a full pardon. He can't come out and say it directly to Cohen or about Cohen. This is what the tweet says: "Sylvester Stallone called me with the story of heavyweight boxing champion Jack Johnson. His trials and tribulations were great, his life complex and controversial. Others have looked at this over the years, most thought it would be done, but yes, I am considering a Full Pardon!" Of course, this would also go down well with African-Americans! Neither Obama nor Clinton did so and "racist" Trump does it for a black guy! |
