Just look at the front page of CNN on any recent day. Multiple hit pieces on Trump - many really stretching too. CNN reeks of desperation.

It's amazing the lengths to which CNN and the other networks are going to paint Trump in a bad light -and yet there's so little written about Hillary, even after the media was just handed the DNC's damning emails. Has anyone at CNN even bothered to read those?

Blatant media bias is on full display at the moment. And it's pissing people off. Just check out the polls.

It's not "blatant media bias," right winger. The Russians released the emails for Trump's pleasure to coincide with the DNC. It was reported, there was very little story there, the end. I'm sorry that the media cannot keep prosecuting your personal vendettas, but Trump's unforgivable ignorance is an ongoing train wreck that he keeps highlighting. With his "media genius."

And, you have proof of this?

Yeah, I'm going to need to see the proof.

It certainly seems convenient, though, - to blame it all on big bad Vlad instead of focusing on the truth of the emails, doesn't it?

I noticed Hillary's newest campaign chair, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, never even tried to disown her emails. She didn't even try to spin it after she was caught red handed.

Which would have just added fuel to the BoB supporters' fires. I realize that we've all lost sight of what adults do - and occasionally, that's falling on your sword.

I simply don't believe you OP. I call troll. Tell me something only insiders would know about Brown.

But please, continue to ignore all facts and evidence; that is par for the course for Trump.

Trump is doing well with non-college educated whites and struggling with college-educated white. Guess what? "The Media" is mostly college educated whites...they are not buying the BS that he is selling. The non-college educated, those hurting the most in this economy, also know he is full of crap but they are willing to go along with the Blame Game (immigrants, Muslims, etc.)

I am beyond disgusted with this goddamn elitist view. Not all folks w/o a college degree are ignorant. Where's your goddamn proof saying that those who know he's "full of crap" are willing to play the blame game?

Certainly if you're a college grad you understand the definition of generalization. And you must know that to support any statement you should supply for your reader CREDIBLE evidence.

You're a moron. I don't give a rat's ass if you have 2 PhDs either.

I cannot believe what I read on these threads.

Woman of color (not black). Naturalized citizen. Immigrated legally when I was a kid. Well educated - my JD is from a top law school and my undergrad is from a top college.

Identified as Center Left prior to 2016 and voted for Obama. The vitriol, hatred, bias and hypocrisy of the Left has pushed me to Center Right. Which, incidentally, is also the stance of Donald Trump. I have lost all respect for The Washington Post which I view as nothing more than a garbage bin of the sort of quality as the National Enquirer.

I think abortions should be legal. I think the Far Right is nuts. I think Obama lost Hillary the election because of the horrendous way he's handled illegal immigration. I think racism is alive and well today but I despise BLM and the things that have come out of their member's mouths. And everywhere I see is Liberals piling on their moral sanctimoniousness while acting like a bunch of hateful fools themselves.

I don't think anyone, even the Donald, knows his 'stance' on anything.

Obama's actually deported more illegals than the two previous presidents, which has upset a couple immigration activists I know. Are you specifically upset about the Dream Act? How will the Donald handle things better? The chance of getting Mexico (or US Congress, for that matter) to build a wall are slim, but I haven't heard about his other plans. Does he have some?

I hear this error repeated quite frequently. The reason it appears he's deported more is because they changed how deportations are counted. It now counts as a "deportation" when someone is turned around at the border.

That change happened in 1996.

It's not that simple. They were previously counted as "returns," and the new count started under Bush, true. But the "returns" (officially called deportations) really accelerated under Obama, zooming the count up. But most people aren't aware that the increase in deportations are reflective of the increase in returns - and not what people traditionally think of when they hear "deportations." (That might sound a little gobbley-gook....the WP article below explains it better.)

What vitriol, hatred and bias are you talking about? Honest question from another WOC, naturalized citizen, who was swayed the other way (from Republican/ Independent to Democrat) because of the vitriol, hatred and bias on the Right.

This may sound persuasive to you, but it doesn't persuade me that Obama has not deported lots and lots of people. He has.

You haven't seen any? Really? Bias is easy - it was already listed for you. Washington Post is the glaringly obvious local example. Report facts, I got no problem with that. Report negative facts about the Right, no problem. Report negative facts ONLY about the Right, or a vast majority of the time about the Right, while wholly and obviously ignoring huge transgressions and awfulness about the Left, I have a problem. You want an example? When's the last time they reported anything about some of the stupid and hateful things that BLM has said/done? It's disgusting. And how about the media is directly responsible for those police officers being summarily executed? Yeah, that's right. It's THEIR FAULT. And if you disagree, you are wrong. The media stirred up this crap, and they got those cops killed. You see them do a self-analysis of this? Me neither. For shame.

Vitriol and hatred? Do you have any friends on the Left? The hypocrisy is nauseating. From my arm-chair activist aunt who doesn't work and whose husband made over $1.2 mil a year when he retired, to my loud and obnoxious gay "friend" in Boston who hates rich people and wants to just take (steal) money from the "rich" because "no one needs more than 1 million dollars, max" - they all Hate. It's just Hatred for certain groups of people whom society decides it's okay to hate.

Open threats to law enforcement. Violence. Blocking traffic during work hours. Racism. Oh, and how about the inconvenient fact that most if not all of its "victims" were criminals and committed crimes that led to their deaths. Can't even say that these days without being called a racist, right?
