| Which sports have parent coaches? |
Visi will continue to attract its legacy type families, especially families who never moved on, married their HS sweetheart from Prep or Gonzaga. and accecpt Visi for what it is.
Given how little the school has changed in the past twenty years, I do think it will have a tough time attracting "new money" type of families or families who are relatively new to the Washington area. As for the lacrosse situation, the season is practically two months away from starting, and its a black-eye to the currents players, they have no short term or even a long term plan in place. |
Lot of bitterness in this post. |
You’re telling me. “New money”! Who even talks like that? Like the families of railroad magnates, steel factory owners, and tech CEOs? That’s total snob talk! |
Spot on. |
And I would bet the PP does not know lacrosse from badminton. |

Badminton who cares about badminton
I was a highly recruited larping prodigy. who attended Kentucky Western University. Power house. Where my step mother coached. Nothing wrong with parent coaches. |
| Still no coach? |
| I’m guessing not since the old one is still listed on the website. Should be interesting this weekend. |
What happens this weekend? |
Spooky Nook National Indoor. Someone will have to stand in for Visi. Hope this resolves itself so that the girls can play without distraction. |
They will be in good hands with the Dad coaches. |
Seems like it's leading towards the dad that played at ND may end up coaching this year. |
|
Question- what happens when the dad coach or coaches daughter graduates? It’s a legitimate question. As is with any program, you are looking for stability in the coaching staff.
Are the dad coaches committed to a long term approach or just short term because no one else will do it |
Well you know who is getting the ball now
