"Eight people were shot and suffered serious injuries inside one of Charleston’s oldest and most well known black churches tonight, according to unconfirmed reports. Police asked nearby residents to evacuate." ... "Police were still looking for the gunman late Wednesday, and helicopters are hovering above. Police spokesman Charles Francis described the suspect as a 21-year-old white male in a gray sweatshirt/hoodie and jeans with Timberland boots. He has a slender build." Which media? Fox is reporting a it as a probable hate crime, saying he let one woman like so she could 'tell others about it'. That sounds pretty sane to me. They said nothing about mental illness. One of the dead was a pastor who was a state political figure an an outspoken activist. I would say Fox is correct that this is a probable hate crime. God bless their souls. Quite sad. |

An unarmed black man in South Carolina can get killed for having a busted taillight but I got $5 says they bring this dude in without a scratch. |
