I despise peplum as well, but this is a pretty huge improvement for her. It's not inappropriate or ill fitting.

+1 It is totally fine. Not appropriate for October, but who cares. She looks like a normal person wearing normal - if seasonally weird - clothes. For once.

Yes. In the church photo she was slouching and looking too thin. I see it is the same here.

I agree that it's a huge improvement but the fit through the bust is still too tight, hence the puckers by both her armpits. And the sleeves are too short/long. She needs to go up a size and then have the waist tailored. The skirt is also too tight through the hips. We shouldn't be able to see the outline of her thigh when she's walking. I'm sure a view from the rear would show just how tight it is. Yet, it's a win for Ivanka - and double points since we see no nips. (And, I agree with a PP that this is an Easter outfit - or at least spring).
