^^Good Lord, so much truth! |
No doubt the deluded haters will willfully ignore the article (like they do the rest). I'm sure it's not a pleasant feeling to have a mirror lifted to your face, and to be reminded that you're standing on the wrong side of history. |
The haters described in that article are awful. Do you think that justifies the awful "defend" posts on this thread? |
Which side of history? The side that married into a family of racist colonizers and happily named their child after the matriarch? |
I see the BBQ post was removed wonder why? It's not a flattering video. Some of the stuff leveled at the Duchess is for good reason and not just random haters. |
Thank you, PP! I hadn’t seen this article; it mirrors what’s going on in this thread. |
No it doesn't. I mean, have you read these threads? |
There’s a big space between love and hate. The people in the Refinery article are extreme. There are some posters here who are extreme one way or the other two. What I don’t get is being labeled a hater for pointing out that something is obviously not right with these two. They’re grown adults who went from saying how Meghan couldn’t wait to hit the ground running and Harry’s family would be the family she never had to whining about no one asking how they’re doing on a tour of the most impoverished continent in the world. Then they move into a $15M mansion in the middle of the world’s biggest crisis of our times and whine about how Harry’s dad cut them off. They’ve been caught in numerous lies (the marriage before the wedding, Archie being denied a title he was entitled to, getting the Queen’s permission to use Lilibet), hypocrites (lecturing on environmentalism, then flying private, keeping their titles, accusing the BRF of being mean and racist but naming their child after the head of the institution). Nonetheless, most of us don’t “hate” them. I couldn’t care less what happens to these two. But I don’t have any respect for them and struggle to see how any rational, objective person could have any admiration for these two.
I’m not interested in watching, reading or listening to any of their productions, podcasts or books. I’ve watched Harry grow up and feel sorry for him and sad at how lost he seems. I’m not a “hater” but I’m certainly not a fan. I think this is probably where most people fall on the spectrum. |
DP. I think it exactly describes the haters in this thread. People are reporting racist posts made by haters on a daily basis to Jeff, who thankfully deletes them quickly. That is exactly what the article is talking about. Lie down with dogs, get fleas. |
+1 |
The haters in this thread are extreme. Don't kid yourself. |
So are the stans. |
Where are the “stans” you speak of? For the thousandth time, just because someone doesn’t subscribe to the same hatred as your own doesn’t make them a “stan” or even a fan. |
If the shoe fits…. |
Look in the mirror, for starters. ![]() |
