It’s so weird the alt-right and these super religious people have this weird look in their eyes.

You can tell when somebody is just pretending from moneybecause they don’t have crazy eyes

yep. she comes across very harsh.
There is nothing soft, Jesus-like, submissive wife about her which is weird because that is her message but her persona says she'd cut a bi$%tch in about 5 seconds flat.
I went down a whole Erika Kirk video rabbit trail the other night.

It’ll be interesting to see if she can continue TP. She certainly sounds as divisive as he was.

Erika Kirk vowed in a speech today to continue her husband’s movement and said that “the cries of this widow will echo around the world like a battle cry,” USA Today reports.

Said Kirk: “If you thought that my husband’s mission was powerful before, you have no idea. You have no idea what you’ve just unleashed across this entire country, and this world. You have no idea the fire you’ve ignited within this wife.”

I love it. And millions of us stand with her. She has been called and has shown more strength and grace than most of us could at a time like this.

I too support her righteous and clarion call to release the Epstein files.

His audience was young white men who believed in traditional gender roles. I can’t see them embracing her as their new leader.

Oh no. His audience was far broader than that. I’m a perfect example

From what I am seeing on my social media, his reach went beyond young white men. Plenty of women too. Bizarre.

She'll probably be dating Don Jr within a year.

At least they know who she is presumably. A lot of people (probably older people but there are a lot of those) were not even very aware of Charlie Kirk until this terrible shooting. And that certainly has raised the profile of his platform because there has been so much coverage. Is it sustainable? It seems he was very influential in his sphere but not that well known outside of it.

To be honest, she has probably been planning for this moment. You can only flick people in the eye so many times before they punch back. Unfortunately for Erika, the shooter was not someone who her husband relentlessly targeted but someone even more radicalized by right wing hate. If she wants to declare war against Fuentes and his right wing army, she can go right ahead with my support. But somehow I feel that is not what she has in mind.

There will be a burst of activity, but ultimately a circus can’t succeed long-term without its lead performer. They won’t have the carefully curated TikTok content to farm any more.

He saw it coming before a lot of is did. He spoke out to his people and said something along the lines of "if you are violent, I disavow you." This was two days ago. This was after the Groyper community was all abuzz with "He is one of us!" and "Nick Fuentes is f-ed!"

At the time he made the statement, he knew what the deal was. It was a CYA video.

Yes, I agree. PP here.

Social media feeds are incredibly targeted. His video clips were heavily pushed to a lot of people. There's a guy on the left who does the same thing from the Young Turks I think. There's a whole genre of videos of partisan influencers "exposing" the stupidity of people on the other side like a political version of Leno's trivia questions to people on the street gag.

Hmm. Sorry, gravy train will stop:
1.Her husband had some warmth and charisma, she doesn't.
2. Also, the conservative ecosystem wants its males to lead large movements. Women influencers in the conservative sphere, of which there are many, have to fight for a much smaller slice of the pie and usually their followers are other conservative women.

This family is done for now. Maybe in the fullness of time she can marry another male influencer and carry him to success. This appears to be her talent: pushing a husband to lead. I respect that. It's no small feat.

Yes. She's the JD Vance of the pairing. No charisma, no warmth, no likability. Charlie had charisma in spades and just the right amount of good looks that appealed to both men and women, young people and their middle aged mothers.

Agreed, but I also think there is an element of FAFO there. He was probably wound up by online rhetoric in his gamer groups or whatever, but then he took it a step further instead of just being a keyboard warrior which is what most of them are.

The engravings were not political. They were troll memes and inside jokes in this online subculture. On tiktok I am seeing people in this subculture in complete disbelief that the country is stepping further into civil war because of people are interpreting what is basically internet trolling.

They were trolling and in-jokes, but ones that are aligned to the alt-right.

Not only aligned to the alt-right, but largely unfamiliar to the left. The guy was alt-right.

Is he alt right 2023-present?

I don’t care what he was at age 17, what’s he today?

Drawing attention to footage of his “debates” is probably the worst thing anyone could do for his legacy. Was just chatting with some Boomers who were curious about him and looked up his videos and they walked away shocked and disgusted about disrespectful he was.

Anonymous wrote:The widow speaks. Who are the “evil doers”?

Just a wild guess, but I’m thinking she means whoever was involved in killing her husband?

That person has been caught. It appears he spent too much time online, lost track of morality, and killed someone.

As of this moment, it appears there is no larger group of “evil doers” to condemn. Like a lot of violence in this country it was the lone wolf. So who exactly has “no idea what they have done.” And what does that mean — that type of language usually proceeds some sort of unleashing of revenge. She is angry and lashing out at some imaginary enemy.

Disagreeing with Charlie Kirk’s message doesn’t make one an evil doer. She is crazy and looking for people to scapegoat for her unhappiness just like so much of the right.

+1

She might have been talking about Fuentes. It’s kind of the most logical thing for her to have been referring to.

Of course she wasn't. They are in complete denial. You'd think it would matter to her to understand who is depraved enough to murder her husband but it is so easy for them to believe the narrative that they want to believe.

White conservative men aren’t going to listen to a woman.

This is my prediction as well so I will be following this with interest. She deserves to be able to keep running this, as much as I disagree with her, but I suspect you’re right and she can’t be successful.
