I I don't think "compassion" is the word you're looking for here. |

Daron [darrin, darron] wint. Various spellings in court records:

This is so 200 pages ago. |
Yes, either the pp is the idiot because he/she is not reading and understanding the post correctly or the pp thinks it's acceptable to punish innocent people for their relative's crimes. In what country is that acceptable? Not here, thank god. |

Oh my goodness.
I just heard a report on the radio (WMAL, 5:30 pm) that "the assistant" is still being investigated by the police. I thought he had been cleared? Interesting that this angle was brought up again today. |
I'm the quoted poster. My question goes to the line of thought of whether someone else besides Wint was involved. Specifically, someone who was close to the family and/or their animals. But the other poster who made the practical observation that the perpetrator(s) may not have wanted to approach so close as to get bitten is probably right. |
See the section of quotes posted here from page 315 -- Don't know who this is but someone definitely called for deporting Wint's family members.

*sigh* |
Interesting. I hope I am wrong but have a bad feeling about the assistant. I don't think some of the theories on here are as far fetched as many think (I also support not naming him absent indications of serious evidence). |
The news of the assistant giving false statements is the story line News 4 has been reporting all day. Appears to be other outlets as well. |
fwiw, the " Wint family smiling photos" is just one more bit of proof of the superficiality of " Facebook" and the meaninglessness of the image people try to create on it. Also, I read that the driver was Instagramming photos of the cars he was bred to drive. That itself is attractive to the wrong element , many of whom may be his " FB Friends" . Clearly, Wint is still spending time with his brother and I read that Wint's Dad and the driver's house are in the same neighborhood. Bingo. |
| I haven't been around this thread much the past few days but I haven't seen this posted yet, forgive me if it already was: Obituary for the Savopoulos family members: http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/washingtonpost/obituary.aspx?n=philip-amy-philip-savopoulos&pid=174935916&fhid=2167 |
Beautifully written, thanks for posting. |
+1 Speechless that these truly amazing human beings were taken by a (or more than one) monster. I feel like I know the family, I feel like it could have been anyone. |
I have been trolling for over a week now but I am now compelled to reply. This was beautifully written however on the bottom it says " In lieu of flowers, donations in the names of Savvas, Amy, and Philip may be made to St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Cathedral (to benefit The Girls Orphanage of Lamia, Greece) https://membership.faithdirect.net/enrollment/LiveTransaction_frame.php?aid=19343, 2815 36th Street NW, Washington, DC 20007 The National Child Research Center - (www.ncrcpreschool.org/support-ncrc/annual-fund). 3209 Highland Place NW, Washington, DC 20008 - See more at: http://m.legacy.com/obituaries/washingtonpost/obituary.aspx?n=philip-amy-philip-savopoulos&pid=174935916&referrer=0&preview=True#sthash.OI52Tmqx.dpuf" What about the housekeeper where is her gofundme link.
