Kavanaugh Accuser reveals her Identity

She signed the letter as Christine Blasey, the name she uses professionally.

Her LAWYER with a clear agenda says she took a polygraph. So put the results out to the public. All the below is, is words on a page. Put up or shut up:

She engaged Debra Katz, a Washington lawyer known for her work on sexual harassment cases. On the advice of Katz, who believed Ford would be attacked as a liar if she came forward, Ford took a polygraph test administered by a former FBI agent in early August. The results, which Katz provided to The Post, concluded that Ford was being truthful when she said a statement summarizing her allegations was accurate.

I have no idea why any of those things would lead one to "suspect the woman."

She used her professional name on the letter. Really??

Kavanaugh was 17? When this happened.

Oh come on. Do don't you know that black boys are to be treated as adults from age 10 and up, while white boys get to be children until they're nearly 30?

/s

I don't think you're allowed to be racist on this forum. Sorry.

PP was being sarcastic (/s), but at least you recognize that trend in the justice system is due to racism.

Do you think she might press charges tomorrow?

She believes she endured a sexual assault. I feel for her. But I don’t believe her version of events is true.

Unlike her, I actually was raped by an acquaintance at a party. And I was scared shitless, but I never thought for a second that the guy was going to kill me. I do understand that their are situations in which one would justiably fear for their life (like if one were being raped at gun point). But in her set of facts, I don’t see how a rational person would fear for her life. She sounds a bit delusional.

Have you ever had a guy pin you down and cover your mouth with his hand? Human nature is to panic and fear that you might suffocate.

It's quite rational to fear getting a life threatening STD from forced sex.

HE DIDN'T HAVE SEX WITH HER THOUGH. My GOD you people are stupid or can't read.

You mean he didn't rape her.

Mighty fishy that the alleged victim still refuses to press charges all these years....

Why?

Because the Statute of Limitations has run?

Because proof beyond a reasonable doubt is a high standard and a poly is inadmissible in Court?

Because women have known for decades they will lose rape cases in Court?

Because women don’t want to drag their families, and especially their kids, into their pain?

Because most people want to forget traumatizing circumstances and move on? It sounds like she tried very hard to remain anonymous until today, when reporters tracked her down.

And oh yeah. I was sexually assaulted too. I’m 43. My husband knows that it happened and by whom, but I have never told him the details. My therapist knows the details. I told my best friends last year that it happened, but not the details. She was an attorney who was representing my assailant (not the DMV, but another close knit community). She dropped him as a client.

I would never press charges. 25 years had passed before I dealt with it. So why? I would likely lose after so much time. It wouldn’t take away the pain of what happened. And I would drag my kids— two teens— along for the ride. But you better believe that if he were up for a powerful position I would be tempted to say something. Although I would not want to put myself, and my family and my painful experience out there for the harpies of DCUM to claw to bits. So, I probably wouldn’t be as brave.

Yeah. #MeToo.

Also— I’m tired of men telling women how to process sexual trauma from the 80s and 90s. When you get raped, you get an opinion. Until then, STFU and stop telling victims how they should have behaved as teens, or how they should feel, or what they should say, or what they should have done. You have no idea what that type of shame does to a teenage girl.

Jeff Flake wants to hold off vote until she has opportunity to tell her story. This means 10 Dems and one GOP and no vote on Thursday. YEAH!

Republicans don't care at all when women are assaulted. They always blame the women.

20:34, Surely you understand there's no "time limit" in Maryland to press charges. Don't be so silly, my friend.

BS. The Dems planned this. They sat on the letter until the 11th hour. Their timing is choreographed, just like their playacting the morning of the first hearing. This is "he said, she said" on steroids. For two months they said nothing to the GOP on the committee. It gave her time to get her social media cleaned up--although I did find one site where she gave a "clap" for an article about the Women's March.

This is such a ridiculous argument. if they were going to hope for the biggest impact with such a letter, they would have released it right away to derail the hearings, not right before the vote.

But they didn't and you know why? The victim herself didn't want it released. They were following her wishes.

Duh.

Nope, no sex at all. The entire accusation is he tried to remove her bathing suit. Please try to stick to the facts.

I'm so sorry you have experienced this hell.

Why doesn't the victim press charges?
Because she'd have to testify under oath?
Oops.

Has to be Flake. Who's the other? Ryan? They are so predictable.

Oh, yes, the well-known “Senator Ryan,” a member of the Senate Judicary Committee.

You are too stupid to have any credibility on this thread.

If I were her, I'd DEFINITELY press charges. It's not too late in Maryland, you know.
