Again you're not accounting for the ransom note almost certainly written by Patsy.

NP here. Sorry - can you share some info on why this is true? Is this what the police concluded?

For whatever reason the police experts couldn't collectively agree with a certainty that the note was written Patsy. I don't know if there were too many cooks in the kitchen or what the trouble was.

But if you google Jonbenet ransom note and Patsy's writing sample you can decide for yourself.

To me, there is no doubt who wrote that note.

Wasn't the note supposedly different enough that they thought it was written with a non dominant hand if it was written by patsy? I'm left handed and have had casts on my dominant hand a couple different times at different points in life. I've had to write right handed. Also, as a lefty, I have to do lots of things right handed just because that's the way the world is set up. writing with your non dominant hand is really hard, and even harder for the avera right handed person because they are not required to go through life doing things opposite what comes naturally. I thinks it's very very unlikely and really, improbable that anyone wrote that note with their non dominant hand, especially if that person is normally right handed. It's simply too long. No one would blather on like that under those circumstances.

I agree ^... Having had a cast on my dominant hand before I could never have written all of that legibly.

It's less that they couldn't agree with certainly that Patsy wrote the note, more that they couldn't rule her out, correct? That's what I'm remembering.

Patsy is ambidextrous. After the murder she avoided handwriting. The experts patsy and John could rule out John and every other suspect definitvely. They could not rule out patsy. Also the tone and content is agreed to be written from the perspective of an upper class woman, religious, from that neighborhood. I don't think there is any dispute among those familiar with the case that patsy wrote the note.

Sorry ^^ meant to say both the experts patsy and John hired and the states experts agreed. All others ruled out. Patsy they could not rule out.

It was written by Mrs. Santa.

Patsy didn't just submit a left handed and a right handed writing sample. She actually wrote out the ransom note verbatim with her right and her left hand.

Her left handed sample note looks VERY similar to the real ransom note. How an expert could conclude otherwise is beyond me.

+1. Looking at the actual note and Patsy's handwriting, I would highly suspect she is the author of the ransom letter. Which then takes you down the rabbit hole, which one of them did it- she, John or Burke? Was it an accident? What's with the pineapple? Was JB being abused? And on and on.

It was not Patsy!

Highly respected outside homicide detective felt strongly that it could be an intruder. Explains a lot about the lack of prints in the snow....

So an intruder who just so happened to be left handed and left no evidence of himself/herself hung out in the Ramsey's house for hours, literally killing a little girl twice, sexually abusing her and writing a long ransom note that just so happened to look just like Patsy Ramsy's handwriting. Nope.

Patsy lost her cool and when she realized what she had done...she lost her mind for a little while.

Just watched this. Always felt it was someone in the family but this detective's intruder theory is very compelling. Particularly the point about the stun gun and the sexual nature of the murder. After seeing the crime scene photos in this documentary, it doesn't look like this murder was staged after the fact. I now have a whole new view.
