Yes, my DD's BF just got off WL today for VT OOS. VT is his #1 for Engineering...
but family now questioning the OOS tuition as compared to his committed to school. I feel sad for him, he's such a great, nice kid, super smart, applied EA, has great stats, hard worker, all the good stuff...it's just a shame college tuition these day...

Harvard accepted someone from our high school. Sounds like Harvard's list moved a lot. Interesting. Where did the kids go who didn't accept? I know of one who chose MIT over Harvard. Is that how it usually goes?

It seems that quite a few chose Stanford over Harvard this year.

I think only OOS! GT has only had instate and VT only OOS-find that interesting. My DD is waiting on both schools (engineering) and is instate in VA.

At our private someone chose Wharton over Harvard and Princeton over Harvard.

Also it moved this week at our non-DMV private.
