They announced a Director of girls development in the north a few days ago.

Pretty wild Rev announcing more staff from STJ. They will take literally anyone that was there. JM was a great coach and left during the first exodus. DC is actually a decent coach too. RM is terrible. Making him Aspire director is a joke after he didn't even cut it as a coach.

Why does the TSJ continue to use misleading language in their communications. It continues to reference itself to their girls academy program which isn't incorrect but is misleading since they will actually girls academy Aspire.

TSJ seems to have so so many administrators and directors of this that and the other. Maybe pay more to get better coaches and have fewer layers of management?

another director

We are excited to announce Sascha Filippi will be joining the TSJFC Senior Leadership Team as our Girls Director of Football. He will support the operational, coaching and player development pathway and support our coaching staff across all regions in support of our player development pipeline into the Girls Academy program directed by Justin O'Shell. Sascha has worked with players of all levels and has helped to develop countless collegiate and professional players. Sascha is currently the US National Women's Futsal Team and has also served in the Head Coach role for both the Men's and Women's teams. His attention to detail and focus on tactical decision making is well known.

Sascha didn't write this if one of his strong points is "attention to detail".
