I think it is the best choice for Biden. He adds nothing to the ticket for the moderates to vote. It just makes clear how MAGA they are.

I’m actually surprised that he chose Vance. Haley crossed him once or twice, so she was a no go and Trump obviously couldn’t have a Black man on the ticket because like 20% of the GOP would refuse to vote for him. But Vance has some name recognition, I would have thought too much for Trump’s liking.

I’m surprised he chose someone who is light years smarter than he is. He’s not going to like the comparison.
